This Emtunzini project is a custom log home built on the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast. The client wanted a warm, natural timber aesthetic that suited the coastal setting , durable enough to handle the area's high humidity, salt air and year-round heat.
Our team managed the entire build in-house from construction to final handover. Treated coastal-grade timber was used throughout, with proper sealing and finishing to protect against KZN's demanding coastal conditions.
The result is a solid, low-maintenance log home that looks at home in its coastal environment and is built to last for decades without the deterioration that affects lesser-quality builds in humid coastal areas.
